China Hongxing, China Sports, Hongguo

China Hongxing Dec 560 0.200 0.22 10% Hold 15.1 10.4 7.9 38 0.6x 0.6x

China Sports      Dec 147 0.175 0.26 49% Buy 4.2 4.0 3.8 5 0.7x 0.6x

Hongguo Int      Dec 131 0.330 0.30 -9% Hold 9.1 6.5 5.4 30 1.0x 0.9x

Among these three, Hongguo is the most expensive from valuation point of view and yet it is the only to be delisted so far. Perhaps something is missing from the list.

Well, let me ask one question here, when quality of life improves(i.e. income), what do you think is most likely to happen?

Buy extra sports shoes(for male) or buy extra ladies' footwear(for ladies)?

What is your opinion?

I searched everywhere but cant find any brokerage report on telecommunication sector growth forecast for Singapore that is close to my wild guess. Although Singapore mobile subscriber does not start from a low base compared to this specific SAR, but never ever underestimate the total effects brought about thru the concentrated effort of various government agencies and private sectors in Singapore, namely STB, LTA, RWS, MBS, etc etc

S-REIT yield compression continues...

why?

else how to list VivoCity, more Indiabulls, more Syarish compliant REITs

how?

thru concentrated effort of various agencies with rights issues(mostly),asset injection below curreny yield and etc etc

What is your opinion?

Stay tuned!
